One of the most important things on your way is good sleeping. With lack of rest you’ll get bad mood, low health and almost invisible result. The best way for recharging your energy is good sleeping which makes your way easier, no matter what direction you are on.
You even have no idea how big help will bring you right regime of a day. Honestly I always passed this thing and slept about 4-5 years during last 6 or more years. And also these 4-5 hours of sleeping were not in the same time, so I can say that every single day I felt myself tired at the beginning of the day. And that isn’t good thing.
